How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Zodoo account anytime by sending an email to:
Please send the email from your registered email address or phone number and mention:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Your registered mobile number or email
- Your name (optional)
What Happens After Your Request
After verification, your account and related personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- User profile (name, phone/email, address)
- Order history
- Saved preferences
- Personal identifiers linked to your account
Data That May Be Retained
Some transaction or legal records may be kept if required by law. All other data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
